Instructions for Outlook Desktop Client

Copy the signature to the clipboard using the button above.
Click the Mail tab and then Signature in the Compose messages section.
In the dropdown, select “Signatures…“
Create a new signature by clicking the New button.
Paste the copied signature into the Edit signature section (Ctrl + V).
Click OK.

Instructions for Outlook on the web (Office 365)

Copy the signature to the clipboard using the button above.
Log in to Outlook on the web via Office 365.
In Outlook, click Settings (the gear icon) in the upper left corner.
In the search box, type “Signature” then click the Email Signature link that appears.
Paste the copied signature directly into the signature editor area.
Save changes by clicking the Save button.

Instructions for Outlook on iOS Devices

Copy the signature to the clipboard using the button above.
Open Outlook on your iOS device, then tap your profile icon in the upper left corner.
Tap Settings (the gear icon).
Scroll down and tap Signature.
Erase the current signature completely, then paste the copied signature.
Tap the back arrow in the upper left to save the signature and return to the Settings screen.

Instructions for Outlook on Android Devices

Copy the signature to the clipboard using the button above.
Open Outlook on your Android device.
Tap Settings (the gear icon).
Scroll down and tap Signature.
Erase the current signature completely, then paste the copied signature.
Tap the check mark in the upper right to save the signature and return to the Settings screen.
